The Ramen solution operates using unlicensed spectrum – initially using the CBRS and WiFi frequency bands in the US. Private cellular, also called private 5G, offers significant benefits over the traditional carrier-centric approach. With private cellular, enterprises retain control over their destiny and avoid waiting for years for the carrier to deploy in their region of interest. The Ramen solution also brings the benefits of modern cloud/edge computing to the non-carpeted enterprise putting it on the same footing as the carpeted enterprise.
The Ramen solution integrates with the enterprise’s existing security architecture and meets all enterprise security requirements. It offers robust user and device management capabilities and allows the creation of custom user management policies. By leveraging the existing enterprise profile management framework, the Ramen solution can easily manage policies for users and devices connecting over the wireless network. The Ramen solution supports Client-less Zero Trust Network Access/Zero Trust User Access (ZTNA/ZTUA).
